idle seems to be a little choppy.... and it some times seems to get stuck after i let off the trottle at 3000 rpm... sometimes it stays there till i trottle it up again then it slowly drops.... dnt really have to much problem in any of the other gears...

The hardest part on rides is the pain in the **** at times to remove them or install them. If you know about carbs and the different circuits in a carb, can actually clean thouroughly a carb, it is all the same.

Likely your main jetsdoing their job. If you've put a full Muzzy on, and are running with very minimal baffle in the can, in order to have a proper air/fuel mixture, the mains are pretty big. When you really crank into the throttle, your mains flowalot of gas. I'm willing to bet if you stay out of the throttle;if you keep the tach below 8-9K, your gas "mileage" will improve.
