My 636 RPM hangs up at 8-11K Any Ideas?
Any ideas to start the search?
My 2005 636 has been a solid racer, but at saturdays practice at homestead, the RPM would "hang up" at 8-11K out of corners, it would "pause" there, bike kinda bucking not unlike that momentary fuel starvation feeling, and then it would resume RPM climb to redline. I would upshift and would experience the same 8-10/11K RPM lag or choke point, followed a second later by resumption of power/use of power band.
Stock motor. Any ideas? Thanks!

It had not been run on a track for almost 2 months as we installed new equipment (shock, etc.)...This RPM hang up did not occur on the first 3 laps or so, seemed to show up only after it was wrung out / heated up....?
