Default looking for header flanges for a zx-10r?

hello all, this is my first post so if its in the wrong spot let me know. first off a little about me. im currently an infiniti tech and am certified by nissan/infiniti and honda/acura as well as an a.s.e. certified master tech and also have certificates for high performance engine and head building, so im pretty comfortable around an engine. however i own a '81 kz 440 ltd that i cant seem to get to run consistently? go figure, i hate carbs and everything im trained for is new school computer tuned so this project is giving me some small hangups, but my reason for posting is my buddies bike he has a 05 zx10r and he is wanting me to make him a set of headers which isnt really a problem as ive made multiple turbo and n/a set ups for cars and i love to fabricate new stuff. but the first issue im coming across is finding the flanges for the head, does anyone know of a place to get these? i read somewhere that people have just bought factory headers and cut off the flanges but that seems pretty expensive just for flanges.

also are there any fabricators/weldors on here or a good fabrication section?

Welcome to KF.

Make a set of flanges, not that difficult. Or order the flanges from a manufacturer like Muzzy, etc
