Just recently bought this bike have been riding it maybe two weeks. Over the last few days the problem has gotten worse to the point that now any time I pull the clutch in the RPMs will fall to zero and the bike will die. If I am sitting in neutral and rev the bike and release the gas the RPMS will fall to zero and the bike will die. Going down the road I have no problems its only when I let off the gas and the RPMS fall below 1000 or so. When the bike is started and is sitting in neutral it will run no longer than 30 seconds or so before dying. It looks to me that when it is idling its around 1000-1200 it kind of surges after its been running for 10 seconds or so the rpms will steady out at 1000 within seconds the bike will die? Before I had never adjusted the idle control **** but last night I tried adjusting it and it didnt seem the bikes RPMS were changing. I was turning it counter clockwise? Maybe im not doing it right but it seems very simple to adjust. Its sad because its sunday the bike shops around here are closed. Wanted to see if you guys could help. Thanks so much for your time!
