HELP!i just checked some other forums the timing marks EX and IN on the cams line up 2T on flywheel then set the cams,right.the other forum the guy had the same problem,but he read that at 2t THEN clockwise 90 degrees then align the cams.?????.....i am working off a gpz250r,ninja 250r manual i thought these engines were similar.don't want to risk valve and head damage......now i am well confused

ok,another day ..........well today made sure battery was fully charged,fuel and vaccum working plus fresh fuel.sprayed easy start in to airbox and hit the starter and it is getting closer to kick in,much stronger but just does not seem to give me that final catch.am i wrong in thinking there is a problem with the carbs?....as i reckon the electrics seems okay.would a push start help.........getting desperate now......as for turning back 90 degrees that must be wrong,according to manual that is only for disassembly
