Ignition switch assembly

Ignition switch assembly
Hey all, first time poster. Had someone steal my bike and leave it down the road after breaking the key assembly and cutting some wires.
I'm wondering if anybody has a good idea for where to get these replacement parts and maybe a good youtuber to learn from.
I believe this part is Switch-assy-ignition, part 27005 from this kawasakipartswarehouse website, but since I'll need new keys, I'm thinking I might need the whole deal, aka 27045 the Switch-assy, which is $432.57. (Also I'm thinking this cable is the starter cable, part 54017 from that same website) but
I've seen on amazon for $30-$80, which is almost one tenth the price, and wondering if anyone has some guidance. When looking for cheaper parts (if that's what I should do) do I have to look for the exact 2011 250r model parts? I'd think these parts would be pretty standard across engine size and as long as I found a year span it would be fine, but I'm inexperienced.
