I'm not sure specifically what you will need, but I would recommend that you obtain a bill of sale along with the title. Usually customs will require some dollar amount for items purchased and being brought into the US. This is where the bill of sale will be handy. It will prove that what you are claiming on the bike is what you in fact paid.
ok cool... that wont be a problem... anyone think ill have to do a emissions test?/does it have to be insured and/or tagged (its being put on the back of my truck and hauled)?its a 800 mile trip there and ill be damned if im gonna drive that far and have problems with customs and drive back empty handed.. thats why im asking all these questions so i can be prepared for these kind of things...

It might be easier for you to call US Customs and see what they say you will require in order to import a motorcycle.

ok heres the deal.. they said that i need the vin on the bike and contact kawasaki and tell them to fax me a form stating that the bike is DOT approved and meets US emmisions standards.. thanks everyone for your help
