ok igot every thing and checked every thing i got spark and fuel but the fuel is dirty got good air and its still no start i know the fuel may be bad but i srayed ether in the carbs nothing took the spark plugs out srayed in there nothing any answers[sm=bangbang.gif]

 

No, you're not annoying!!! So, if I remember this right, it is an ex500. It used too run, then the timing broke? You have that fixed now, I am assuming, and it will still not start. So:

1. the timing is good
2. you have spark
3. you have compression
4. you have fuel

Is this right??

 

Dirty Fuel, maybe time to tear down the carbs and clean. Pay close attention to the pilot jets, the mains too, but you sould be able to see rifgt through them.
When I clean carbs I use the spray and about 6 or 8 cans.

 

this is going to sound dumb but my uncle owns a bike shop and hes going to redo the carbs sat. and put my stage 3 jet kit in because i have a bout 15 inch of pipe on each side w/ no mufflers but im in the prosses of buildin my new one

 

Your uncle is probably a good person to ask!!!! No, doesn't sound dumb. If you have the exhaust opened up, a jet kit will certainly help. Like Notstock said, you have dirty fuel, it's probably in the carbs. Let us know how it comes out. do you have any pics of this thing??

 

soon to come it cool it wont pick up on u i can hold the clutch in to a bout 9000 and pop the clutch and it just squats and moves ive only been to 3rd gear cuz no open roads but i still ran a 9.5 down the 8th mile with the same exhaust and no air box which make it hard to jump up in revs and speed really quick but i have a shop to mack new air system soon it will be turboed and nitroed for looks

 

No air box!!! lol . Turboed and nitroed.. dam man. That's some serious juice pumpimg through her veins. So saturday on the carbs, I bet she'll run good then. Maybe put that air box back on. ....

 

well it didnt come w/ one so im makin 1 i didnt pay anything for her but i lost my babies my two racin go kart i traded them for this

 

well i got my stage 3 jets in cleaned every thing and still nothing i talked to my local performance bike shop and he said i need to reset my timing cus it could of turned over 5 times ot 1 so it might be out of timing
