well I think that Im going to take my bike into a guy up in Fort Ashby,Md to get him to tune the carbs and put the 765 kit in for me

Isn't the 765 kit just a .5mm over bore, with oem piston and rings? Have him slot the cam sprockets and degree them while you are in the topend.

What kinda gains could I expect with that kit, I really wanna do a 810 kit but I cannot find one. What will slotting the cam gears and degreeing the cams do also.

Allows you to play with your power band some. Plays with the cylinder fill rate, combustion and exhaust rate. I do not have any numbers for an 04, cam degree. You only need to play with numbers ie cam numbers if you have a full system, take that back, I used the stock exhaust after the cam degreeing, stock size head gasket, with the overbore with no timing alterations. Got my cam degrees thru Muzzy. Check it out and make a call. If the top end is modded, why not do everything at the same time? As far as gains go? Never dyno'd my '90.

Well the bike has a vance and hines slip on, but I need to get a new mid pipe and I cannot locate one for it so I am thinking about going with the Micron or D&D, I havent been able to find a Muzzy system for the 94, so they may not make itanymore. I dont know if u read my other post or not Drag but I did find out what the problem was with my highbeams, it was the relay the whole time, but nowIm thinkin that the turn signal relay is bad cause its not flashing but if I tap therelay it flashes, you tell me what you think.
