Ouch, that sounded like sh*t and you had alot of fuel leaving the carbs.
Question: Timing, So how did you time it?

As mentioned above Internet diagnosing is a guessing game. My first thoughts were to check your low speed circuit again on the carbs then do another resync.

gap was at 0.5 should have been 0.7, she ran better after this adjustment.
gap of what?

I am trying to understand your post so that we are on the same page is all.

Thanks for the reply, the gapI spoke of is the ( air gap ) under the left side engine cover where you check the timing
with a gap feeler, to a car person who's new to working on motorcycles I could only describe this unit as a
rotor and cap, where the rotor spins inside of the cap.
I believe that the timing is bad because of thecoils.
I bench tested the coils and the secondaries where way over spec on both coils.
also I did the spark test and the spark I saw on the plug was brown and thin.
the book describes a fat blue spark, when checking the timing with a timing light hooked up to # 1 plug
it would hit the right on mark but on plug # 2 it way out.
You spoke of checking the " low speed circuit " on the carbs.
How would I check it, details please.

So anywayonce again grabbed my ankles and bought a pair of Dyna coils, wires, and a control module kit that includes the
wire harness and a new air pick up, it adjustable.
Now my wallet is a bit lighter to the tune of $500.00 saved $100.00 by shopping around. [:'(]
Again thanks for the reply.

I was just about to go outside and see if the air-box on will make any kind of a difference.
Other wise I'm waiting for all the new parts to come in.
I WILL keep all you cats in the loop if there's one thing I hate it's when someone
like me asks for advice, gets it and never replies back to let the nextpoor bastard know that
what advise you guys did give was right, you know what I mean ?

Considering it's age - a valve adjustment will probably be a very good idea, and will fix a lot of your issues. 300-600 is normal.

UPDATE !!!

Well thanks to this forum and others, I tried putting the air-box back on with everything connected.
I got my throttle response back, she starts without any choke.
It's still idling low and I can't get her above 850 RPM's and there's still that hesitation for the first second or 2.
See the updated video.
I have a new ignition coming, from the black box to the air pick up to the coils, $500.00 with wires and all.
also picked up new vacuum hose's and carb boots, another $200.00
Very expensive day yesterday was. [:@]

Heres the updated video, the only thing after the ingintion will be the valve timing.
