Default Help- handlebars need to be closer

Just put a Mustang seat on my bike- love the seat, but it sits a bit farther back and a bit higher than my stock seat. So....I have to really stretch to reach my handlebars now. Will risers solve my problem? And if so, what type should I get. I ride a Vulcan 900 Classic (2006). I'm 5'2.
Any help would be appreciated.

Can you rotate the bars back (towards you)?

After pulling up the picture, looks like they will not rotate any further. I don't think a bar riser will help since it will raise the bar and you need it to come back further. You might look into new handlebars that come back to you better.
