the other day i was changing my bar ends and was thinking about getting some gel grips for my bike.....i tried pulling the grips off but they didnt move....is there a certain way to take the grips off that i am not doing...any help is great thanks

shoot some wd-40 down them thy should slide right off... Just be sure to clean of the wd-40 b4 you install the new ones. I'm sure there is lots of ways to install them. Soapy water works.

The easiest way I found to take off the grips is to blow compressed air (about 70-90psi) into the grip. This makes it balloon up, and it'll come right off. You can do the same thing to get the new grip on.

I got that tip from the local bike shop guy. It works so well, you wonder how you ever did it the other way!
