Hyper-pro.LOL I would check to make sure your front tire is in good condition. Also make sure your front forks are adjusted the same.

What type of bike?

Causes of the shakes are:
- road surface (extreme road camber or potholes or corrugations)
- loose handlebars or clipons (serious!)
- rider posture (sitting too far back)
- loose or worn front axle bearings or axle
- loose or worn headstem bearings
- incorrectly aligned front wheel
- loose forks or fork clamps
- loose brake caliper (generally only on one side)
- misaligned fairing (which touches or restricts one fork)
- incorrect front suspension setting (generally much too hard or soft)
- too much power being applied (reduce throttle usage...hahahaha)
- flat front tyre (or incorrect air pressure)
- flat rear tyre (or incorrect air pressure)
- tyre/wheel imbalance (unusual)
- incorrect front tyre wear (sides scalloped or worn profile

+1 GR, incorrect balancing or loosing the rim wt and the loose steering stem bearings are prolly the most common issues.

All the above things are good answers... l feel your pain... l was going throught the same thing with my bike...getting a steering dampner is big thing but that only takes care part the problem the other is loosening your rear is definetly going to help.....also dont forget the road has alot to play with it too....... one last thing you can also do the opposite tighten the rear and take some pre load off the front so it makes the front softer ...the down side to this is the Zx6 always come with hard suspension....so I would not recommend this option....but for everyone to reach their own... good luck....

wow, only 10mph difference for the wobble. A chafed front tire to you looks like what to us? Cheapest and easiest check is static balancing that front wheel again. Then while placing the front wheel after balancing, check some of the other possibilities listed above concerning the front end.
