Hi every one,
My 95 ZX6-E's front R brake stuck on me only when riding. I disasemble the
caliper, clean it up, changed all the fluid. I tested the brake in standing posision, they work fine only when I took the bike out for about 5 min. The front R brake lock up. Please Give me your advise. Thanks.

Welcome to KF
Meaning that you disassembled the pistons and verified that they are in correctly and rust free. The seals are ok? Normally, replace those with new ones if you disassembled the calipers and cleaned the calipers..Unless you are mentioning just the pads. I am not sure yet on your definition of disassembly just yet.
Has the bike been in a crash? Are the rotors warped? Just tossing ideas out to you. Good luck

+1^. I'm guessing you mean just a general "clean up" and not a complete re-do. Sounds like there is still some gunk in the piston seats causing some binding. If you don't change the seals, at least make sure you run plenty of fluid thru the caliper to flush out the gunk, and move the pistons through their movement range a few times. Be careful cleaning the rubber seals, if they're OE; may be a bit fragile. (Flush and change your brake system fluid once a year to help prevent this.)
