fi light

Default fi light

i have a 04 zx6r 636 and i get a fi light at idle and it goes away when i rev it up i pulled the codes code 62 can anyone help i think the code is secondary throttle servo thanks

code 62= Subthrottle Valve Actuator see page 3-98 of your manual for testing.

If the actuator resistance is within spec (5-7 ohms), check the input voltage. Could be a loose/worn connection on the plug.

i checked it they ohm at 6.4 how do i check the input voltage

Hit up a pdf manual posted in the General Discussions area, listed under manuals. See page 3-98 for testing. (fairly sure that there was an 04 manual in there anyways.)

ok tested ohms on servo and sensor both good.checked input voltage on and cotinuity on allthree wires all test came out good . i dont know book says ecu i dont know. bike runs fine when i turn key on what are top butterflies supposed to do any help would be great oh checked output voltage to good as well

yeah, my book says ecu as well, but thought baby steps to get on the same page was in order.

well i got a set of throttlebodies at a killer price and a ecu all for 75 bucks tried both it was ecu light is gone gonna put tank on in the morning hopefully this helps someone in the future thanks guys

put on my tank today light is gone and no codes bike runing good.
