Black, or order a aftermarket clored or smoke wind screen.

My bike is Kawi green and I just put a dark smoke windscreen on it. I think it looks pretty sharp. there's pictures in the photo gallery.

I don't know what it is about the pseudo-retro square tail look that I like so much. Your bike is sharp. The ZX9 I just picked up has a half-arsed matching blue screen and I don't like it. I'm going to replace it with a dark smoke double. That's the e-ticket ride.

heh thanks.. the square back is the only thing that i *dont* like about my bike but everyone else seems to like it... your bike is pretty sharp too.. and ya a smoke screen will look pretty good on it.. the blue dont look bad at all but the smoke would set it off!

Right on. If you don't like the look of the tail, or even the headlights for that matter,

Check out this company; (Hopefully I do this right.)

http://www.airtech-streamlining.com

Click the "Bodywork and Accessories" tab on the left side. You should be able to figure it out after that.

The 1990 ZX7 doesn't have any pics but you should read the description. For a visual you can check out the (ZX7R '91-'92) section. They have some good pics of the bikes and the body style is very similar. The medium hump race tail is the heat. you can still get it with the stock double seat option as well.
You can get all of AirTech's stuff in fiberglass or carbon fiber. My Ninja 250 has complete fiberglass panels and their stuff is top quality and uber-light. The fiberglass stuff is reasonable and you'll safe tons of weight. If you have the cash then the carbon fiber is the deal. It's worth checking out, if even to check out the pics.
