Default Clutch cover gasket KE100-Pictures

Well to start out you all should know I got this bike a week ago and I've been working on it to ensure it is running at its best. This is a 1998 KE100 with 2400 miles. Although I am new to motorcycles, I am not completely ignorant about this type of thing, I just try to save my money when possible.
I noticed a lot of oil leakage around the engine and tracked it to this spot where the gasket seems to have not been sealed properly.

I want to know if it is ok to go ahead and take that cover off and reseal with the same gasket or it is not possible to reuse this. Would It make my life easier with a brand new gasket ordered from the internet?
Also, I am new to online bike parts and if it is allowed, It would be great for someone to guide me in the right direction. Thanks for lookin!! -GravvyTrain

hahaha, you are knowledgeable enough to point out defects so you are doing just fine. I would get a new oem gasket for that. I have had good luck with this company in the past. Of course, shop around....good luck on the fix. OEM Parts Kawasaki KE100 (KE100-B17) 1998 1998 KE100-B17 (7F) LIME GREEN - Cheap Cycle Parts
