Default Clip on Size question...

When installing clip ons- do you purchase the next size up?
Example: 36 mm forks- need a 37 mm clip on? or buy 36mm= same measurement as forks?

what kind of bike are you putting them on, 36mm is a tiny fork, even most newer bikes have 43mm forks and ones that are inverted are normally around 50mm. thats what my 03 636 has anyways. you would want to order them by the exact size of the forks. use a digital vernier caliper to get the exact size of the forks and order them in that size

It is an old school 1982 750gpz. I did use the calipers- and 36mm was the measurement I read. I would like to change to an inverted fork at some point...
