I have 2007 Nomad 1600 and want to change stock bars for something a bit taller (no apehangers) and a bit more pullback. What is the maximum I could go without having to change cables? I'm looking at 10-13 inches in height, any suggestions or comments. I plan to do this job myself. The locals wanted over 200 bucks to do it. Thanks for the help.
