Does anyone know how to do a black out on the lights??? i want to be able to black out my light by hitting my high beams switch.

 

Well, you could just remove the highbeam wire lead from the headlight as long as your system doesn't operate both high and low beam when the switch is on the "high beam" mode.

 

And when the arresting officer asks you (after you're on the ground for fleeing and eluding) where you learned to do said blackout and you respond "the KF, on the web" how stupid will we look?
