RE: Alarm help
I have seen alot of the 7-8 wire alarm setup's from ebay, needless to say but i purchased one of the inexpenssive units and it works great with the same features as the high dollar models. probably the best approach is to get a factory schematic for the electical system on your bike, or an after market repair manual with that info. You will have to make some wire splices in your ignition system and you will need to know were those diodes are to make a good splice, also if your unit has remote start option you will need to make that splice as well. certain models require you to add an additional relay for some features like remote start. it's woth a shot to try your local dealer for a print out of wiring diaghram, location, color codes, etc.
