Also be careful because if the drill speed is slow, it will want to pull through and if the tires is directly below it,you may damage it. Use a cardboard tube as a drill stop/ depth limiter and tape the fender with masking tape so if the tube spins, it won't scratch. If you're careful, you can drill it easily without anything. Plastic drills easy; just keep the speed up. Also drill a pilot hole first.There are special bits called "Unibit" and it has steps for drilling holes in different sizes.
