Default 250R idle problem and no netrual

Just got my G/F a 07 250r. Got it home from the dealer and it was idling around 4 r's with now choke. Next couple days it has been doing the same thing, so i tried to adjust the idle, via the **** and now it just stalls out. Tried to adjust the idle back more and still having the same problem, and not i cant get the bike into netural. I did get it into netural once, but was not showing it on the dash. It seems to be clicking out of netural once i get it into it and popping up gears. Has anyone had a similar problem's to theses and a easy way to remedy them, trying to avoid going the the stealership and getting jacked around.

So, what you're saying is that with the choke off (lever pushed forward) it still idles high? Are you trying to adjust the idle **** when the engine is cold?

No it was warmed up to temp with no choke then i adjusted the idle. But when i did it it would not drop before 4 r's, but it would rise above that. Also when i could get the bike to run wthout the choke and no throttle after i adjusted the idle (when it was idling at 4k rpm), i would give it a bit of throttle and it would drop down again and stall out.

You may want to check and see if the choke isn't possibly sticking. Otherwise, just take it back to the stealer. If you just bought it from them, I don't think they'll try to charge you anything to take a look at it.

I say take it back to the dealership since this is a brand new ride.
