I bought the bike yesterday.
When I drove it home on a 5 hour trip soon as I got back to my city the engine completely died on the highway.
The gas tank was empty and I had no warning! No Light!
I will check it myself but is there a writeup or anything on it?
I will do some searching now..
thanks alot

there is no fuel warning light at all on that bike, same with the 92. i filled up and went till it ran out to see how far i could go on a full tank on my 92 and just kept an eye on the milage. in between trips, just open the cap and see where your at too.

i have the same problem.. my '00 has no gauge or anything, but i'm in the process of designing a gauge or light of some sort.. when i figure something out, i will immediately post up a how - to!
just gotta check it before each ride, and i know i get 160 miles roughly to a tank, so if i see 150 on a tank in a longtravel, i set up to find the next station!!
