2001 zx6r has No spark? Need help!

Default 2001 zx6r has No spark? Need help!

When i press start button nothing happens. I can jump starter by battery and bike turns over but has no spark. If kill switch is broke can it cause bike to loose spark?? bike was crashed but nothing eletrical looks damaged. Any help would be great, Thanks!

Your righthand control has a kill switch for the engine. If damaged, it may not allow any electrical power to the engine.

You may also have a faulty clutch safety switch.

if i do have a faulty kill switch or clutch safety switch. do either of those control spark, because when i by pass the starter switch at the battery with a screw driver the spark plug has no spark? Thanks for your response

The clutch safety switch stops the engine from cranking over if the clutch isn't pulled in. The red engine kill switch cuts off power to the coils, but you should still be able to crank over the engine nevertheless.
