Default 1992 ZX600D fuel/vaccum line help

Hi, I got a 1992 Kawasaki Ninja ZX600D that I got running. I bought the bike recently as is. If you look through the images I circled in red the line(s) that I'm confused were they go. On the carbs, the top hose that connects into one I was told that it's just a overflow/vent tube and shouldn't be used for anything else. For some reason I have to blow into that hose for the bike to run. I was using the hose on top of the trans that goes into the air box as a temporary "pressure" so that I didn't have to blow into it and could ride the bike. this is vacuum pulled petcock system btw. If I don't have sufficient air going into that hose it will bog out at certain RPM's. Other than that hose, there is a tube sticking out of the Kleen system on the top of the engine (circled in blue) which is connected to nothing. there is a port on the petcock next to the actual fuel line that goes into the bottom of the carb that has no hoses going into it either (no picture of this yet) I don't know what else to say here. I never owned a 4 carbed bike so any help would be awesome! I can get any images people need but I've spent days on this bike and barely got anywhere. I know the wires are all over the place but thats from me working on it to just get it running. If this didn't make sense I might just make a YouTube video for a full understanding.
