Default 1977 Kawasaki KM100 Carb issues

Hey everyone ! I recently received a KM100 and have been working on it for the last week , I have got her started and even took a small ride . However , no matter how i adjust the carb im getting misting out of the carb and even out of the hole on the carbs choke when used .the main issue im having is the carb will leak lots of gas out of the overflow outlets on the bottom of the carb bowl . I tested the float by pushing it up to engage the pin that connected to the fuel inllet and when pushed up i cannot blow air through and when its down I can so that works. I did a supreme cleaning of all parts of this carb and even checked the float and I have no idea how to adjust the float , do i bend the tab that engages the fuel flow into the carb .. Ive been hunting every forum i can think of for assistance on this carb and im really surprised there isnt a Manual a service manual availble in PDF format that i can purchase ... Any idea everyone? I appreciate it
