They are located at the respective locations. Clutch switch on the clutch lever for example.

edit: Best way is to look at the fiche or your manual for the location.

Neutral switch will be a Lg wire down on the left hand side of the motor, it will just be a single wire with looks like a boot, pull that boot of stick a lead from a mutlimeter, to it and another to ground, in neutral you should have about .4- .8 ohms, now as to check the wire for breaks, put a lead on that "boot" and follow the wire to the Ecu ( brain) you should have .2 -.4 ohms there, DISCONNECT THE ECU , dont dont dont back probe that,as for the Starter lockout switch the wire varied from year to year but mostly on the zx lineup it was a bk and a Bk/w wire you might have to take the left side fairing off just to access the cupler, find the 2 pin connector and disconnect it, take side thats in your left hand ( one running back to the clutch) and test that for ohms .2-.4 ohms, now if you find that does in fact not have ohms one fast way to be sure its the Starter lockout switch is bad, take that cupler you had in your right had, and use a jumper lead, ie, a damn paper clip would do the magic, and if shes starts then that thats.
