FWIW, I like my Scorpion (pretty inexpensive) with the photochromic anti-fog shield. It works.

 

The scorpions are are some very nice lookin lids

 

thats another thing icons anti-fog shield doesnt work woth crap. it fogs so fast.

 

Hey sup_, I read the previous post you sent. So far I can see some of the problems might happen with mine. The cheek pads keeps coming unsnapped ( plastic ) and the rubber seal for the visor gets loose. But we'll see what happens.

I really don't have anything to complain about the helmet. You might of just got a bad one. It's the first helmet with a decent price I've owned. The others are just too much money right now. I was sold on the color scheme anyway.

Thanks sup_ , My girls going to pick up an icon alliance battlecry that's silver and gold. None of that pink foo-foo crap for her she says. So I'll keep ya posted on how well that holds up. You pick up a new lid yet?

 

no i havent. really considering the subhuman, i cant get 2 bad icons in a row right lol

 

well i did it, i bought the icon subhuman, damn thing was back ordered for 5 months from icon but i found a shop in denver that had one is stock.

seems to be much better quality than my last mainframe, and a few things are different so maybe i just had the first gen helmet that didnt have all the kinks worked out yet
