ok so as some of you know, my icon mainfame is a pice of POO!! (dont kow the rules about the more colorful word, lol) so im looking for a new helmet.

i went to the kawi store and couldent find anything i liked except for the zamp helmets, i really dont know about buying a 100 dollar helmet though, are they any good? how is the road noise? and the comfort?

i know kawi sponsors them so i thought hell they have to be somewhat decent but can i really get a good helmet for under 150?

let me know what you guys think

 

Take a look at the KBC's I have a Mirage V-2 . Pretty nice helmet .Not the quitest I own .Just put some earplugs in and away I go . It does flow some good air thru it .Not sure about the Zamp brand . HJC makes a pretty decent helmet as well .Check out some of the gear sites and see if they have a closeout section . I bought a Shoei x-11 from Dennis Kirk closeout and I also bought a Shoei RF-1000 from competition accessories ( again the closeout section ) .Try a google search for closeout helmets ?

i didnt mean for it to sound like i wanted a cheap helmet. dont care how much it costs, i just didnt like the look of any of the other helmets. the zamp one is the only one i liked the style of.

+1 for the sale and clearance. Hey sup_ what didn't you like about your Icon? Just curious, I got a subhuman about a month ago and so far the only complaint that is a little noisy.Try Akumahelmets.com don't know how good they are but a lilttle expensive some look kinda cool. The one with the led that lights up aint too shappy.
