Im thinknig if buying a new bike from an aquaintance and i know its over priced but unless i can find the value of it (kelly blue book is not working) i dont have much bargaining leverage. The bike is an '85 Honda VF1100 VR65 Sabre (I maya have the letters confused)with 22000 miles but in near mint condition. Hoping in return to work it in on a trade for a kawasaki. Would anyone know the value on it? She paid $3,000 from a dealer but it think it is probably more like $1,200

 

not much trade in value on those from what I have seen. Especially '85
