Trying out new hoops

Trying out new hoops
ok, another tire thread.
My past street and present tires that I have played with.
The Dunlop 207s,208s, GPs on the heavier rides ie zx7 and the 10r. Setup the rear heights on the bikes and these rode well on the streets and on the track. Tire wear was consistent and short lived. Got some push on the 207's and the 208's while on the zx7 while on the track. Setup? or maybe just the rider. The GPs did well on the 10r for that short weekend 2200 mile ride up to Seattle and back, but they needed changed out after that ride. I have not tried the GP2 though.
I rocked the pirelli's briefly. Love the pirelli sport demons on the lil ninjas for street and light track use. (The 250 and the 500.) Ran the pirelli diablo corsa on the 10r for the trip to Vegas, nothing to write home about except it lasted 2000 miles. Ran the pirelli slicks on the 10r. Now that was a long lasting and fun tire! Heat cycles and all. (I do not have tire warmers)
so now that this yrs track time is probably going to be 'nil, thought I would try out some Bridgestones for the first time. The 003's for the 10r and put her back on the streets to keep things lubed up. Time will tell if I will like them or not just like with all things. But why not try something new to me? WTH

I'm running the Road Pilot 2's, about 800 miles so far, too early to tell, but they fixed the tank slap I had on the old tires. Turns out I was really lucky that something didn't happen last year on my Grand Canyon trip. I'm really going to pay attention to the tires from now on.
