Tail bags/tank bags/ luggage
Any suggestions?? I commute 80 miles to work everyday and needless to say my back kills me when wearing a backpack filled with lunch ect... I have an 01 kawi ZR7-S i leave in the morning when it is still chilly sometimes, and usually
roll in around about dark. So I never know what weather is gonna do. any suggestions on good affordable tail bags or something else?

Fullmonty, I always like to keep my "packaging" in front of me, rather than behind me where it can fall off and me not know it. If I was doing it regularly on a commute, I would invest in an expandable tank bag, and make DARN sure it was secure. That's not to say if I was looking for a means to haul stuff I wouldn't consider a tail-bag, but it wouldn't be my first choice. Kinda depends on how much you're hauling; laptop? books? What kind of weight? Secure, low, and centralized is best.

I ride mine everyday to work and I have a tank bag, it has four magnets and its right in front of me. I love it cause as soon as I get to work it comes off real easy and straps on me like a backpack.
I had one in the tail and now I don't know where it came off at.
I just got to work one day and it was gone... no ideal what, how or when ......

Thanks, i didn't know that tail bags would come off so easy? The tank bags sound like they would be to bulky for the size i would need to cary all my stuff in. Those aren't bad looking saddle bags, i just like the paint to match better. Thanks for the info.
