sprockets...
Ok so i am a stunter but i do take the occasional road trip, i ride daily and put about 20-30 miles a day on my bike.... recently i have lowered it and am having serious trouble with my wheelies, this troubles me because, like i said, i am a stunter.....i go out with the fellas to ride and everyone is doing there stand-ups and little ol me is barely pulling a 10 o' clocker and dont even mention balancing, i can't even pull it up that high.....so i visit my local mod shop and hear that a slightly larger sprocket might help but i know with a larger sprocket i will lose my top end speed and my bike will run at higher rpm's....whats a guy to do??? if the answer is a new sprocket then help with some ideas on what i should get...

RE: sprockets...
Easy answer bro, screw the top end you do not need it. Try this first -1front and +2 rear. Hold on to your arss and you will be doing 12 oclockers no problem.
I am no wheelie expert at all but have been running that combination for years. The front end will rise very easy and the bike is smoken fast. I can still hit 155 mph and that is fast enough.
After you try the sprocket change start trying different combinations. Stock front and +4 rear. Some stunters have huge rear sprockets. Going down 1 in the front is equal to adding 2 in the rear. Check this place for sprockets and chains www.sprocketcenter.com
Post some wheelie pics in the stunters section to bro, good luck and hope this help
