it was a great trip... we had a lot of fun and it really was quite an adventure. we had intercom systems too until mine freeked out on me and started squealching super loud in my ear in the middle of a rainstorm at the same time my bike was puking gas out of the carbs.

figured out the overheating problem... blew the fan fuse! why didn't i check it when it overheated? well, because my allen wrench to get the tail section off to check the fuses was missing. guess what i found once i got the tailsection off... the allen wrench wedged in some wires after having fallen out of the tool kit.
