Default slip on exhaust

Ok everyone i know this has been probly already been covered 100 times by now. But what is a good slip on for around $400. I was thinking akrpovic ( i think it's spelled right ) but i know there are so many other out there. Any info on what's good and what to stay away from will be appreciated.

JMO... pretty much everything on the market is about the same in general... there are those who will say one brand over the other... With all the brand competition you cant loose with any choice weather it be yosh, akro, twobro's,dnd, scorpion, muzzi, the list goes on n on... so personally get what ya like you cant go wrong.

I really like the way the two bros sounds, but I can't see spendong $900 for a slip-on. I was also looking to spend about $400-$500 when I got my slip-on. I decided to go with the yoshi with the carbon cone...I think it looks pretty good and not a lot of people have it. The only bad thing is it was on back order for a month...it's en route to my house now though...can't wait to get it and install it.

If I can make you a deal on a Jardine or Micron slip on just drop me a line at info@chromewhore.com

Micron has all sorts of colors of aluminum and also carbon cans.

Thanks,
J.T.

thanks sikanimator i might have to take you up on that offer. Are those the only two types of exhaust you deal with? And how's the sound from the jardine and the micron exhaust?

Lots of CBR guys using the Jardines and Microns. They sound great. The people who have Mircons absolutely love them.

You can get the carbon ones in colors too to match your bike.

Plus there's this : http://news.micronexhaust.com/newproducts.php/52 Hah!

I had a Akrapovic slip on and it sounds great. Nice low rumble while idling. On acceleration gets pretty loud but still keeps that low beefy rumble. Sounds sick IMO.
Others our louder but do not have that beefy sound.
