RE: security suggestions
For me i don't bother with the locks, maybe one for short term parking to discurage someone, but if someone wants your bike they are going to take it, pick it up put it in their truck and its gone they will deal with the locks later. seems to me that people just don't even pay attention to alarms anymore also.
This is just my thoughts on the subject.

scorpio alarm pages you when someone is f***ing with your bike then you can run out and catch them. then skin them with a knife dipped in s**t then rip there head off and s**t down their neck. and then go thru their wallet and find out where they live and do that all over again to there loved onesj/k

I have a alarm, a 3/4" cable lock, and a .45. I keep my bike in my screen porch covered, it's like 4 feet from my bedroom. I bought my GF a .357 so she can shoot through the wall. I told her I would rather fix the wall than have one of the bikes stolen. I also live in a good neighborhood, so everyone looks out for one another.

+1on the .45 and the good nieghborhood there shinobi636 . Keep mine under lock and key as well as the .45 , but when I am out and about and may possibly be leaving my bike parked for a while I have a disk lock and a half cover which I carry. It's been proven if someone wants it bad enough though they'kl just throw it in a truck and worry'bout the locks later(this was mentioned earlier )

I have a bulldog disk lock a 30 lbs chainlocking the bike to a wooden post holding up the roof of the car portand a bike cover over mine. I live in an apartment complex so I'm not able to park the bike inside. plus having a new cbr600rr parked 5 yards away with no locks helps. I'm sure they would look at my bike dirty old 04 zx6r with locks and a shiny new cbr with no locks
