Default Repairing Cracked or Gouged Plastics?

Can it be done? On gouged pieces (deep scratches), could it be filled with bondo and wet sanded smooth...repainted? And for cracked pieces, fiberglass the inside and bondo the outside, wet sand and repaint? Anyone done this? Figured it'd be a cheap fix....

I used JB weld on mine recently. But you gotta be aware it will sag if not level. Do a little at a time, thin layers& don't over fill on the first application. This will aid in cutting down on finishing time. The previous owner had used some fiberglass to repair some of the large cracks on the inside & I finished it up with the JB Weld on the outside. I even repaired/fabricated 2 mounting tabs with it & some plastic I had laying around. It sands easily & accepts paint too. Good luck!
