Pacific Specialty Insurance Company???
has anyone use this insurance company? its pretty cheap and i'm kinda fishy about them.

I have not used them, but from reading the first page, they seem like a reputable company. Never can tell I guess....
I go through my local insurance agent, which he has me done through Progressive... Going to him locally tho, I got a home owners discount, etc.... $138.00 year with double coverage and uninsured motorist.

in lincoln heights, next to china town. its about 3-5 blocks away from china town.
