time to change the oil in my 97 zx7 before winter, last time the guy had me use kawasaki oil, it has 9k on it not sure what the guy before me used, should i stick with kawasaki, or another type, there all pretty much the same nowadays,should i use conventional or synthetic, ill change prob every 3k, comments, ideas, input???
