Default need Jet Kit..... Options?

Ok so i just got this bike and just about all the paperwork to...
its a 96 ZX9R the engine was pulled and built to a 1050, making nearly 189HP... now it has the factory jets.... Stop light to stop light this thing sucks, unless your above 4K RPMs...... Highway, it runs perfect! had her to 180 this week... But under normal "round town" driving it want to spudder, and die, i have to leave it half choked to keep her running... and if i let off the Throttle to fast she will die, unless i keep bumping her!.....
What kind of issues do i have? do i just need bigger jets?

I would say a good carb cleaning, filter change, float adjust and a synch since everything is clean. Abit surprised to see the jets are stock even though the engine is now 1050cc.

jeff or 2fat2fly would be a better choice to get them involved. But I would at least start with 2 sizes larger, do a plug read and go from there. Your plugs should be showing really lean if these are indeed the stock mains.
