How much can I do on my new 14 and not void my warranty? (Extended warr.) First and foremost the exaust. And how about lowering. Can I do it and keep warr. intact? Or does it need to be dealer done?

Most dealerships will let you get away with certain exhaust systems, like a staintune, or akrapovich, as long as it isn't a megaphone or a system that really drops the backpressure. Most would probably put up with lowering as long as the front wheel does not get into the radiator when hitting big bumps.
Most of them do not like to remap the fuel management system until your bike is broken in. The best thing to do is talk to the mechanic and just ask him cause he's probably rides a hot bike and will tell you what you can get away with.
