Sounds like a great ride, NS. Too bad its about 2000 miles too far west for me ... not to mention there's no way I'd be able to keep up with you on my bike

I'm not a smart man, but I know what slow is...
Yeah, I'll give you buzz if I go. we could probably meet at the 76/old highway 395 junction, there's that buger joint (nessie's?) and gas station there.
there is this website that has some maps too and descriptions of so cal roads, it is written for car drivers, but it can be applied to motorcycles as well. Lateral G.

Not to many pics, pain to stop and photograph ever good corner, plus I would need 10 gigs of space to hold that many pics lol
Here is some though first one is looking back towards Palomar Mnt at the cut off to Montezuma.
The next is the bottom of Montezuma a town or what ever called Borrego.
The rest is the Porsche commercial that took over my parking area at the bottom of the South Grade back at Palomar. My truck can be seen in the middle.
All in all It was a great day, road from 9am till 2pm, after I stopped back at my truck @ 1:00 for some water and gas and food, I left for more but soon felt tired and returned as to not make any mistakes and then wreck or worse. Montezuma is a great road, faster then Palomar with lots of 85 mph sweepers.

Looks like mad fun. I really need to get out there and do some fun riding for a change, it seems like all I ever get to do is commute[:'(]
