Good day for me as well! Got my girl who is only in her second year of riding to try out the Z1000. Did about 25 miles. She started last year with a clutchless Q-Link Legacy then to a Rebel, test rode a few 600's.
She was surprised, did really well, and really seemed to like it. Wants something closer to a Z750 or some kind of 600 though...liter bike a little too heavy but loves the power (uh-oh). Either way I'm a happy guy to have her so interested.

I ride every working day apart from a few really ****ty days in Winter, or if I need the car to lug a load.
