What about your timing chain? Find a manual on line (they're out there and can be downloaded for free) and learn a bit from it about what you are trying to do. Right now it is pretty much "fix my bike" with no detail about what you even think is a problem.
Plus how can you start your bike with the side case off, which indicates there is no oil in the engine or insufficient oil at best. If you did try with it like that I recommend you get a mechanic to do your work. No insult intended, but clearly you are not at a level to do the work per this posting and picture.
