Damn man, sorry to hear about out. The important thing is that you are okay. Body parts are a little harder to replace than bike parts. I hope your bike is repairable, or the insurance will buy you a new one. Glad to hear you are still alive.

 

What were you wearing? Just a t shirt? any gloves? How fast were you going..... just curious to see what it takes to get road rash like that....

Damn. glad to hear your still with us. What kind of gear did you have on? I've slid across the road at about 25-30 and didn't get any rash but my gear looked like I took sand paper to it.

All i had on was a t-shirt, jeans, and a helmet. I was going about 45 when she nailed me. She did get cited. I had like 4 witnesses saying it was her fault. So either way im gonna come outta this on top, except for injuries.

 

Yikes, man get a jacket. That rash looks pretty painful, but at least you are still amongst the living. Got any pics yet?

 

You prob. need to look into getting a new lid too, that one is prob. no good anymore.

 

glad you had your helmet on....I'm not gonna preach about the jacket you found out the hard way. I'm really glad you are ok...in the end that is all that matters..but I hope your bike fixes up easily.
