I have known that for a long while,,, even riding my mountain bike is great.....

It takes just as many decisions per second to ride a bike that it does to fly a fighter jet......

Pure Freedom.

Because, if a therapist or any counselor saw a patient with a ride out front, the first assumption is "this person really needs help".

edit: sorry a rant follows

The same goes withchildrens servicesjust knowing that a person rides. So yup, I turned in my foster license.A one way street for the county andkids are just a number. Too bad. Thisparagraph is off topic, just a little rant. Oh, while I am at it....."Oh you have pitbulls!" no, they are staffordshire terriers. "Oh, you are opening up a business and that can be hazardous", yes, trying to put in a machine shop but that is not hazardous. "Oh, you are making this girl pull weeds!", yes as are the rest of the 6 members in this family. Told them in no uncertain terms, get the F... off of my property and here is my F'ing license. Tired of the hoop jumping with no support from them. This forum has been great! You have supported me through my experiences with the other kids that call me dad. Time for closure and to get back into what my family needs and what I need. Thanks again for reading my rants! lol

Right on man.... we will always be here.... I came here for support while my bike was in the shop for a total of 4 months.... People who dont ride, dont appreciate the things we go through, from cold riding, to rain, to mud (), To trying to figure out how to do something different to my bike so it doesnt look like everyone elses.... You live in cali right? That state is off the deepend...

I have that everytime I go out and ride. It makes me glad to be an American and thankful for my freedom to do something as beautiful and fun as riding my 250. God bless this nation and everyone that loves to ride.

I'm a high school Spanish teacher so it is absolutely imperative that I get some time in the week to ride my bike. Riding allows me to forgot about all the crap that goes on in HS and all the loud screaming kids. Riding is my nirvana.
