well, I have been looking into buying a ninja 250 and yesterday I finally walked into the dealership to make the purchase. Unfortunately they did not have any2007 250's in stock, but they wereselling 2008 250's, which they say are supposed to be out in a few weeks. So I wound up paying more than I would have liked for the 250, however, I cannot complain about thedeal I got. The salesman tried to lie to me andsaid the msrp was $4000. Luckily, thistime I did not let the salesman hustle me cause I knew what I was doing. I brought him down to the base price of $2500. I was feeling pretty good when I heard that number, but when he told me that there is additional fixed costsfor freight and shipping, and taxes, I was like damn. Itadded on$1700 to the whole deal.Nevertheless, I needed the 250 and I believe that I probably got the lowest price anyone will be seeing for a while.

The bike show is happening today in NY so hopefully it won't be too long until they release it to the public

When the dealership calls me to pick up the bike, and I bring it home, I'll make sure to take a picture of the zx6r and the 250 side by side. They are both black so you guys can have a fun time picking out which one is which lol.

As for the zx6, I will probably just hold off with riding it until I get more experienced with the 250 and then I will just give it to my dad. Then the zx is all mine and I won't be afraid to take any tight turns anymore lol.
