Default Ever have someone

Ever come out of a store and have someone sitting or touching your bike?

At Lowe's the other day while i was looking for some things for my house, I parked my bike where i thought nobody would bother it but to my surprise upon walking out of the store i see a lady and her two kids getting out of their suv.

One of the boys jumps onto one of the flat bed carts and is pulling on it's handle while the other boy walks over to my bike and starts to twist the trottle, the mother says "don't touch that bike lets go" to both of the boys. As i'm walking closer to my bike the boy jumps off the flatbed cart and it starts to roll twards well you know my bike so i have to start running to catch this thing from smashing into my baby, WOW just in time the lady just looks at me and keeps walking if i hadn't come out of the store when i did who knows what would have happend.

Just wondering if anyone else has had something like this happen to them?

I have found that no matter whereyou park it someone will always find a way to mess with it

That pi$$es me off almost as much as a thief! First of all, how about a little parenting, huh? Teach her kids some manners and to respect other peoples property? How would she like it if she came out of the store and your kids were sitting in her car pretending to drive it?

There are scratches on the top of my right hardbag on the Nomad where a-holes have taken it upon themselves to "throw a leg over it" when I wasn't around -only they didn't throw their boot far enough and hit the top of the bag. @#%$^&%*#$

Never had any first hand experences like that. I would be really pissed to see a bunch of kids messing around on, or even by my bikes.

If the kid got burned on the exhaust, the parent would probably sue you -and win.

Sad, but VERY true. What if a kid tried climbing on your bike and it fell over on him/her?

i don't think they could win those cases if they tried. atleast not if you weren't there to warn them and tell them to stay away. there would be a quick counter suit for valdalism and attempted possibly attemped theft

Well the thing that P***d me off is that the lady looked at me like nothing that her kids were doing was wrong, should have pushed the flatbed into her suv and acted like nothing was wrong.

They should come out with a system that you engage and gives them a nice high voltage shock like a cattle prod if they touch

Do it, man, and get the patent. Just think of all the bikes you could buy with the revenue! I would buy one.
