Are you an experienced motorcyclist?
What you describe is normal for all bikes, especially sports bikes - there's not very much power until the revs are up in the range called the 'power band'.
If you are experienced, you'll know that and will know if you have a real problem. If this is the case we'll need a lot more information before we can help - even knowing what the bike is would be a start. Posting in intelligible English would also help.
From your post, I suspect that you need to learn how to ride a motorcycle, particularly in respect of which gear you need to be in, but I could be wrong.

Some helpful information from your other post, its a 636 with aftermarket exhaust. After swapping the exhaust you may need to remap your ECU to get rid of the hesitation. Your bike is expecting more backpressure from the exhaust and when its not there it throws off the mix. typically people will add a PCIII and a custom map is always good.

Research? Open the throttle in top gear and it's immediately obvious if the clutch is slipping.
Anyway - a lesson learned - put enough of the right information into your posts to get the right advice. And I still can't read half of that.

If the clutch was slipping it wouldn't "hit a high rev and then take off," guess you threw me off on that one.
BTW, the Muzzy is made to fit the kawi, however it is also made to increase airflow and increase performance. When you change the way the exhaust flows you need to remap to match. If its not a big change it wont cause you any problems but you cant get the full potential out of a modified bike if you are using the stock settings.
Anyway, congrats on the fix, now get out and ride!
